At the moment we do not deliver to any country outside EU.


All prices are in SEK including VAT at the appropriate rate. The price that is valid is that quoted on the date a purchase is made. Eventual freight costs are estimated before you confirm your order. There are no extra charges for payment by credit card, regardless of the size of your order. We accept VISA/Mastercard. Your payment is handled by DIBS, which guarantees a quick and secure payment. (When you make a payment the amount is held in your account, but the transaction only goes through when your goods have been dispatched) Stenströms never withhold any information relating to your card. Only DIBS have access to specific card information. Minors (under 18 years) may not buy online.

Shop now - pay after delivery! It is safe and easy to pay via Klarna invoice. You never need to provide your credit card information, and always pay after you get home your goods. You always get the goods before you pay. Payment must occur within 14 days. An invoice fee of 29 SEK per purchase will be. If the payment fails, you will recieve a reminder fee of 60.00 SEK and an interest of 25.50%. When the purchase is made, a micro enlightenment will be done, for us to know that you are you. Delivery costs will vary according to the country of delivery and the number of items you order. There are no delivery charges within Sweden.
We process all orders from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.30pm.The goods are sent promptly from our warehouse. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday, or over the weekend will be handled the following Monday or next working day.
When you have completed your purchase you will shortly receive an e-mail confirming your order with a delivery code which can be used to track your goods by post, www.posten.se.
Customers are asked to thoroughly check the package/packaging before you sign for the delivery. If you have reason to believe that the outer packaging and/or the contents of the package might be damaged you are asked to note this on the receipt of the package. The customer bears the cost of returning the items. We cover the costs of sending exchanged items to you.
