What is your shipping policy?

We deliver to all countries within the EU and all deliveries are free. We also offer personal collection in our store in Helsingborg, Sweden.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer. If we made a mistake or if something is wrong with the product, contact us by email: info@stenstromsstore.com

Returned products must be in the same shape and condition as when you received them together with the original packaging. It is of course welcome to try the product cautiously. Pins and clips for shirts do not have to fit correctly. To clarify, this means that the products must not have been used more than you tried the garment on. The reason for this is that some materials wrinkle easily and are therefore difficult to sell again.

Do you offer free returns?

No. The customer is responsible for the return. The return must take place within 14 days after the delivery has been picked up. It is fine to return your product to our store in Helsingborg, Sweden.

Do you offer free exchanges?

Yes. We offer free exchanges for up to 14 days after the delivery has been collected.

How do I make a retrun?

We recommend using PostNord or a PostNord partner for a quick return process and refund process.

Return the product to us by packing the product in original condition, original packaging and order confirmation. If you do not have the order confirmation, it is fine to write down the name, date and order number and send it in the package.

How do I make an exchange?

You can exchange the product for a different size or model with the same price for up to 14 days after the delivery has been picked up.

How do refunds work?

After we receive your return, we evaluate the condition of the product. When we have approved the product, we refund the amount of the order to the account used for purchase. The refund takes place directly with us, but it can take up to 5-10 days for the bank to complete the refund to you.

What shipping options do you offer?

We only use PostNord. If you order to countries outside Sweden, PostNord can use external suppliers for transport and this is something we cannot control. It is also possible to pick up your item yourself in our store in Helsingborg, Sweden. You can find all delivery options in our Checkout before purchase.

How do I track my order?

After you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you entered when purchasing. In the order confirmation, there is a link that takes you to PostNord's package tracking. If you have not received an order confirmation within 48 hours of purchase, something has gone wrong. Contact us to get a new tracking link.

Be sure to write the correct phone number and email when ordering because notification will be sent to by the options.
